    How long will delivery take?

    To estimate when your parcel will arrive, please consider the following two factors:
    1. Handing time for the product (e.g. Usually leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days)
    2. Shipping method. (DHL, UPS, FEDEX express would cost about 5-10 business days. Airmail Post will cost 15-25 business days for most countries. Shipping by sea will cost more than 30 days. )

    Apply for a refund, where will the money be returned to? When is payment due?

    1. After the warehouse confirms the receipt of your returned goods, we will complete the refund within 1-2 working days, and the period for your payment to the account is 2-5 working days.
