5 PROTECTION FUNCTIONS
1、Stop working when water shortage.
When water shortage occurs, the pump will stop working and make repeated judgments. Pump back to normal working after water increased. This prevent customers to damage the pump when it turned on without water.
2、Stuck protection.
When pumps jammed, or long-term no cleaning, the pump will send err error alarm signal. Pump will try to start five times, so that some small impurities can be automatically excreted out. After five times, pump stop running in order to prevent damage.
3、Over voltage protection.
When there is a problem with the adapter power supply, the voltage rises, controller will start error alarm program, which prevent controller from damaged.
4、Low voltage protection.
When adapter burns out and the power insufficient, the pump will also display error alarm information.
5、Lock-rotor / Overload protection.
( The pump will send out error signal alarm and start protection program when the pipeline is blocked or there's a lot of dirt inside. At this time, the pump will start again and again to prevent pump from burning out.)
NO Metal Screws:The entire pump set is free from metal screws and does not require any tools for disassembly, making it more suitable for both freshwater and saltwater applications.
Tool-less Disassembly: refers to a design feature that allows for the disassembly of the pump unite without requiring the use of any additional tools. It means that it can be taken apart or opened up for cleaning, maintenance, or repair purposes using only hands or built-in mechanisms. This eliminates the need for specific tools and makes the process more convenient and user-friendly.
Soft Start Function: Means that the power supplied to the pump is gradually increased instead of abruptly starting at full power. This helps to reduce stress on the pump and other components, as well as minimize any potential water hammer effects or sudden pressure changes in the plumbing system.
Power-off memory function: When a power outage occurs while the water pump is operating, it will enter a memory state after all the indicator lights have turned off. When the power is restored and the pump is restarted, it will automatically resume the working mode it was in before the power outage.
